Diamond Power Machine (Hubei) Co. Inc. (DPMH) is a wholly-owned Diamond Power International Inc. company (DPII) located in China and was founded in 1987.
DPMH has its manufacturing unit located at Jingshan County of Hubei Province,with more than 400 employees. In 2013, DPMH made a significant investment and built its new factory, which combines the two old plants, integrated several separated shops. The new main shop covers an area of 21624 m2, and has redesigned and optimized layout and production process. Based on the principal of lean manufacturing, the main shop is divided into 6 zones, which are raw material warehouse on the West side, followed by blanking zone, welding zone, machining zone, painting zone and final assembly zone, and the very East side is the finished product storage and shipping area. The lean process reduces production cost, increase production efficiency, and realizes standardized operation. DPMH has a well-equipped factory, with domestically leading machining center, parts cutting center, plasma cutter, international advanced MIG and TIG welding machines, vacuum ion carbonitriding heat treatment furnace, lance tube pre-weld and after-weld heat handling machine, and for inspection, we have ultrasonic thickness detector, X-ray flaw detector, hydraulic test pump; material physics and chemistry analyzer, and other precise inspection equipments.
For more than 25 years in China, DPMH has consistently provided innovative boiler cleaning and ash handling technology for the power generation, pulp & paper, petrochemical and waste heat recovery industries. We continue working closely with our custmers to provide integrated solutions and guarantee the quality of our products and service. Supported by the 100-years boiler cleaning experience and technical development strength of DPII, DPMH has been the largest sootblower manufacturing facility in China, providing the most fully-featured sootblowers, with annual sales revenue of RMB 300 million. DPMH products are sold all over China, and exported to Asia-Pacific, Europe, America regions, etc.
